Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days for West & Europe, 7-20 days for other regions. Express shipping is available: 48-72 hours for West & Europe, 3 days for other regions. All packages are shipped discreetly via secure courier services.

Yes! All shipments include tracking numbers provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package in real-time through your dashboard or the courier's website.
Absolutely. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. We use secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your privacy and product safety.
If tracking shows non-delivery or the package is lost, you'll receive a full refund or free replacement. Simply open a support ticket with the tracking information, and we'll resolve it immediately.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window with 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with quality, registration, specifications, or for any other reason, you can return the document for a full refund or replacement.
Bitcoin refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your return. Store credit (110% of order value) is applied immediately upon return receipt.
